J. Patrick Homes walked away with an armload of trophies following the Greater Houston Builders Association’s Houston’s Best PRISM Awards, including one of the night’s most prestigious — the Grand Award for Volume Builder of the Year.

It’s no surprise that J. Patrick Homes walked away with other trophies, as well, winning “Volume Builder Product Design $600,000+,” “Volume Builder Family Room” and “Volume Builder Outdoor Living Over $400,000.” They were also a finalist in five other construction-related categories — “Volume Builder Kitchen,” “Volume Builder Primary Bedroom,” “Volume Builder Specialty Room” (two nominations), “Volume Builder Semi-Custom Home Front Elevation” and “Volume Builder Primary Bath.”
But that’s not all! J. Patrick Homes also won a Houston’s Best PRISM award for its website and was a finalist in the “Design Center of the Year Volume Builder” category. Each homebuyer works with an experienced designer to make selections for their home at the J. Patrick Homes design studio. The studio’s home design tool VEO lets customers see how their selections will coordinate by showing the paint, flooring, cabinet, lighting and other choices virtually.
