What are the amenities in ARTAVIA?
Miles of trails through a canopy of towering trees are speckled with ARTscapes for reflection and inspiration all leading to Dapple Park®, where residents can connect with one another and form the bonds that create a sense of community. Dapple Park provides fun for the whole family offering a lake with paddles boats, a 24/7 FitCenter, Palate Café, nature exploration zone, yard games, playground, gathering spaces and a splash pad to cool off on hot days. Yes. The site plan indicates 120-acres which we reserved for commercial/mixed use and retail development.
Is there a Lifestyle Director or calendar of events in the community?
