ARTAVIA most recently hosted a Color Run in Dapple Park®, the community’s 13-acre amenity park. Residents ran the trail around the lake while community volunteers threw colored powder on the runners in several locations. Colorful balloons decorated the amenity center where fun was had before and after the run with Henna tattoo and face painting artists, a caricature artist, t-shirt tie dying, a 360° photo booth, music from DJ MixDoctors, and complimentary protein bars and shakes provided by Palate Café, the community’s on-site café.

The run was also a great opportunity for meeting, greeting and eating. Chef Jordy of Palate Café put on a show as he threw a crawfish boil during the event. Residents also enjoyed the café’s new menu items and for the food truck lovers The Webster Melting Company was also on-site!

Other yearly events that residents enjoy are ARTAVIA Eggstravaganza, Aloha on the Lake, Independence Day, Haunted Trails and Enchanted Village. Residents also gather for monthly merriments such as: Game Night, Food Truck Night and fan favorite First Friday Flamingle.
