ARTAVIA Presents Enchanted Home Tour
The ARTAVIA® master-planned community has kicked off an Enchanted Home Tour to showcase their 10 model homes dazzling in holiday décor, move-in ready homes and an amenity center complete with family photo worthy opportunities that you won’t want to miss.
For the second year in a row, ARTAVIA model homes will serve as a Toys for Tots Collection site. Interested visitors are encouraged to bring in a new unwrapped toy to any model home to contribute to the annual toy drive. Through December 31, home shoppers can also register at any of the 10 model homes for a chance to win a Magical Trip!
Homes in ARTAVIA are offered by Coventry Homes, David Weekley Homes, Highland Homes, J. Patrick Homes, Lennar, Perry Homes, Ravenna Homes and Westin Homes. Available move-in ready homes in ARTAVIA are marked with festive signs and will be open for viewing Monday – Saturday 11AM to 5PM, and Sunday, 1PM to 5PM.
